Happy New Year!

Yes, it was early in the morning and cold out but this didn't stop a dedicated group of Tai Chi students from gathering together to Start The New Year with Tai Chi! We met upstairs in Old City Hall. This year marked the seventh time that we have been met on New Year's morning to practice Tai Chi. After going through the Long Form there was a Tai Chi sword demonstration by the Intermediate students. Afterwards we took a group picture. The Chinese in the picture reads "Xin Nian Kuai Le" (Happy New Year).
