Introduction to Tai Chi at Shasta College

Registration is now open for the Introduction to Tai Chi class at Shasta College. This community education class is for anyone who wants to learn Tai Chi. The class teaches all the fundamental movements found in Tai Chi. The movements help to improve balance, flexibility, and teaches you how to reduce stress through gentle exercise. Those who have been in the class before are welcome to repeat it and improve on what you have learned. To sign up go to:
