Mark your Calendar for World Tai Chi Day!

This year we have two teachers lined up for activities in Caldwell Park. Chris Netto, of Standing Firm Fitness, will introduce Paul Lam style Tai Chi and Michel Czehatowski will teach Yang style Tai Chi exercises. Plus we'll have information on Tai Chi classes and the Tai Chi Meditation Garden Project. This event is open to all ages. We request that you wear a mask and practice Social Distancing
