Sacramento Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi Chuan Group

On Saturday, January 29, 2022 I was in Rancho Cordova and visited the Sacramento Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi Chuan Group. This group is lead by Craig Townsend, a very capable Tai Chi instructor. Redding Tai Chi and Craig's group both teach the two-person San Shou form that was passed down by Tai Chi Master Chu Chu-Fang. Craig's teacher and my teacher were both classmates at the time when Chu Chu-Fang taught the San Shou form in the early 1970's. Below is a picture of Craig demonstrating Push Hands (Tui Shou) to his students.
